Happiness Torrent
Would you like to live in a life with a happiness torrent, an endless stream of happiness directed right at you? What is it that makes you happy? We all have the potential to be happy in everything we do all the time every day but many of us forfeit the right to be happy in preference for finding reasons to be sad and to blame someone else for our unhappiness.
Why do many of us avoid being happy in our everyday lives? When you are young it’s easy to be happy, it is a state of mind not a physical attribute so if you wish to you can actually think yourself happy. Now how does that sound wouldn’t you like to be happy in everything you do every day?

In fact since many people focus more on what they can’t do than what they can its possible that the only important aspects of their character they pass on to you are the ones that hold them back from achieving their goals.
