Are you in business looking for some independent help to boost you on your way to making a substantial income? Is anyone out there truly independent or does everyone you deal with have their own ulterior motive?

Why do you help others? Think for a while do you have your own reason to help someone or do you just do it because you can. It can be really difficult to get truly independent help that is not going to want something back in return.

I have a full time job myself, but unfortunately recently my wife and I decided it was time for us to go our separate ways. She moved out and I needed help, independent help that would not place additional demands on me as its hard enough anyway coping with 3 sons. I joined plenty of fish a free dating site on the recommendation of a woman who was working for me and had a little fun.

It took me some time to come to terms with the change when everything was thrown up in the air again I found out I was going to be made redundant, now I really needed that independent help but how? What would be the best way to move forward and cope with the changes in our lives

It’s not easy to decide when you are in this situation, so many people want something in return. I did get some independent help from parents of my youngest son’s friends, ideas about where I could go who I could get money from and suggestions for child care assistance. These people were a god send, I didn’t know where to run and their advice helped me look into the options available. Without them I probably would be very unhappy now struggling to cope and probably in the dole queue claiming on the mortgage insurance sinking into a deep depression.

Instead with the independent help I received I am living life to the full enjoying every day for what it holds and doing a job which allows me to spend more time with my three children than ever before.

Many people out there despise change they fear it, my experience has shown me I must embrace change as you never know what is round the next corner. I hope this inspires you in some way to do the same. I’m getting twitterpated at the moment, sign up on the right you’ll find it’s an excellent way to change your life.

Please leave a comment I’d love to hear about how you too have embraced change and benefitted from it, with or without independent help.

Much has been written about the east vs west coast in the USA, but in the UK most information is targetted around specific activities and competitions of the east vs west coast. For example the North East vs the North West sea fishing challenge, the differences in the sea on each coastline is probably what causes the differences between the two coasts.

The east vs west coast comparison should be quite easy when compared with the same activities carried out in the states. However the people in the USA tend to be more vocal on thier achievements. In the UK if you are interested in the differences you need to go and look for yourself.

When I compare the east vs west coast I think of the north east and north west rather than the full coastline. Partially because I grew up in the North East myself and enjoyed visting the north west on a regular basis for annual holidays.

The comparison of east vs west coast  is not as interesting to me unless you include some of the features further inland as well. For example in the west you have the Lake district, a fantastic area to visit and even live. This is of course resrticted by your work, if you don’t need to be close to a specific work location its good but the transport system limits accessibility.

In the east you have the Yorkshire Wolds, pleasant to walk through but nowhere near as intesting as the Lake District, not to me anyway.

The differences east vs west coast in my opinion are influenced not only by the coastline and differences in the seas that border them but also the prevailing weather. This is distinction is maintained by the pennines which separate the east and west of the country.

Primarily the rain falls in the west to a much greater extent than in the east. This means that the rainfall on the east vs west coasts is much higher in the west. This additional precipitation results in more erosion and intersting features on the west side of the the pennines. This is I believe why the Lake District is much more dramatic in appearance than the smooth undulating hills of the Yorkshire Wolds.

Paul Palmer

I enjoy visiting both the east and west coast but if I have to compare the east vs west coast to choose one or the other I find it difficult. Both east and west have their own special points which make me happy when I visit.

I’d love to hear other peoples perspective so please leave a comment so I can learn more about your thoughts on the east vs west coast of England

Quite literally pet tomography is positron emission tomography so really it can be referred to as pet without having to include the additional word tomography since it is part of the acronym. However the additional word is often retained in order to ensure the correct level of clarity is maintained in the context of a conversation or publication.

PET tomography is a clinical test that uses a special camera to detect a radio labelled isotope. This has to be introduced into the body in an appropriate form dependant on the type of investigation that is being carried out.

The first stage in pet tomography is to introduce the radio labelled tracer;Â F-18 Fluorodeoxyglucose is commonly used

“A positron emission tomography (PET) scan is done to:

Study the brain’s blood flow and metabolic activity. A PET scan can help a doctor find nervous system problems, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, transient ischemic attack (TIA), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Huntington’s disease, stroke, and schizophrenia.

Find changes in the brain that may cause epilepsy.

Find some cancers, especially lymphoma or cancers of the breast, brain, lung, colon, or prostate. In its early stages cancer may show up more clearly on a PET scan than on a CT scan or an MRI.

See how advanced a cancer is and whether it has spread to another area of the body (metastasized). It is often necessary to do both CT and PET scans to evaluate cancer.

Help a doctor choose the best treatment for cancer. PET scans may also be done to see whether surgery can be done to remove a tumor.

Find poor blood flow to the heart, which may mean coronary artery disease.

Find damaged heart tissue, especially after a heart attack.

Help choose the best treatment, such as coronary artery bypass graft surgery, for a person with heart disease.”

Source

I am enjoying learning about this new and interesting field in the pharmaceutical industry which I haven’t worked in previously. However I think the best thing about manufacturing for pet tomography scans is that I can get home every night for the children after school.

Healthy living starts at birth its important with your family to promote your childrens healthy living by creating a suitable environment for them to grow up in. The mental development of children is just as important as what they eat. Many people including health advisor’s often focus purely on what we feed our children without considering their psychosocial development.

Think back to when you were young did you get told to eat your greens because they are good for you? Parents consider vegetables an essential part of their childrens healthy lifestyle but there is more to being healthy than food. Many people now go to work, both parents got to work and arrange child care. They want a better life for their children and provide all the physical ameneties, the care and the food but there is more to life than just the physical things we need.

Did you go to church as a child to develop your spiritual well being, I know I certainly did, but unfortunately society now does not lend itself well to regular attendance in church. This being the case we must find alternative approaches to living a healthy lifestyle. What is the alternative, everyone with children should look at how they can have good quality time with their children.

Quality time promotes your childrens healthy living so you must find a way to fit this into your lifestyle for your children to develop in a healthy way. You may think its impossible to spend time with your children. Are you too busy working or socialising maybe? Does your job take over your life preventing you from taking the time to be with those who should be the most important, your family.

Spend some time thinking about this as I did when I took my course with The Pacific Institute they taught me how to focus on the most important things in my life and what I should do to make sure I got them. Now I spend quality time with my children every day, I’m not perfect, but then noone is, life would be boring if there were nothing to work towards.

The relationships we have in the world are what make us who we are.

Spread love in the world not hate.
