Beginners Salsa Lessons
Last night I went to some new beginners salsa lessons at the parish hall in Worthing. I enjoyed the evening but found it wasn’t actually as good a learning experience as Heist in Brighton. The dancers who teach the classes are excellent. There is a beginners class which I joined but since there were not enough men we only practiced the steps and didn’t actually do any partner dancing. This I suppose is why I felt that I hadn’t enjoyed the Salsa lesson as much as I do normally.

The brunette in black was my teacher in the beginners class but they are all excellent. I suspect they haven’t actually learned to dance at the Worthing class though, probably some professional training beforehand I would think judging by the way they move.
Can’t make it next week unfortunately but I hope to go back again soon.

By doing dance we can have fun and we can recharge our self. Salsa is one of the greatest dance to have fun and to feel relax also. To do salsa dance we need a partner. To get out form the mental tension in the weekends we can do salsa dance to enjoy the weekend. When i was entered in the first salsa class i was so scared. After that i learned salsa so comfortably.
