Happiness

What is Happiness, a feeling of joy and elation, or maybe of being in a place you feel you belong to? Whatever your perception of happiness is, then that is what it is for you. When do you feel happy? More importantly what do you do every day to achive a state of happiness.

A positive mental atitude can go a long way towards the state of happiness, finishing something which you have been working on for some time can make you feel happy or maybe relieved that its over. Its your own attitude to the things you do in every day life which make you what you are and influence the way you feel.

I feel happy every day, not because something good is happening or even has happened. Rather because I have trained myself through positive reinforcement of daily affirmations to have a positive mental attitude to life.
